“I love it when a plan comes together” to quote a well-known action team. A gift of Forman & Field smoked salmon coincided with a delivery of Signe Johansen’s new cookbook, ‘Scandlicious: Secrets of Scandinavian Cooking’. So a flick of the pages and I’d decided on two recipes that would produce a fine meal. Yes, it was that easy!

Day 1 of the Waterford Festival of Food saw food producers, food bloggers, retailers, representatives from food organistations and locals gather to discuss various food topics at the Food Camp. This was the first time the organisers hosted a food camp and it turned out to be a highlight of the Festival.
