Oh, thank goodness!
Today marks the start of Spring and I don’t care if today is grey or rainy or cold or even snowing because… you know… and I know… we’re on the downhill slope to Summer. And not a day too soon. So, to celebrate I offer you all a bunch of these splendid yellow gems to add to last year’s bunch of happy daffodils in a jug. Print both bunches out, stick on your fridge door or office wall or bedroom door and each time you glimpse the happy yellow heads remember that Spring is here and Summer is not far behind.

Ooooh Lovely. Great stuff. Love the illustration. Love the flowers. Love spring. Love seeing lots of yellow after soo much grey. I bought 3 bunches of daffodils yesterday to place around my house (as my own are still only considering the awakening!). I hope everyone else enjoys your sketch as much as I do.
Thanks Aisling, they are the most happy of flowers. I defy anyone not to be heartened when they spot a whole lot of golden daffodils. Hmm, someone should write a poem about that…
